VBB’s Open Journal: Think Global - Act Local!

Voices Breaking Boundaries’ Artistic/Founding Director Sehba Sarwar has been co-producing radio shows on KPFT 90.1 FM for nearly a decade. In 2011-12, VBB started our own monthly radio show, Think Global - Act Local!, a regular feature on KPFT’s Open Journal. Hosts will include members of VBB’s artistic team including Sehba Sarwar, Yunuen Perez Vertti, Autumn Knight, Marcela Descalzi and others.

On April 19, VBB brought punk rock star and writer Patti Smith to Houston for a performance and reading from her award-winning memoir Just Kids.
